Mobile Ship Loader

We give this good news by launching two mobile ship loader , we are ready to fully cooperate with the bulk goods shippers, especially chemical bulk (Urea , Sulfur, Iron Ore , Iron Ore Pellet and cock …. ) in Shahid Rajaee port.

The SAMSON Mobile Shiploader offers flexible solutions for every loading application. The fully mobile chassis allows operations on every berth. Different designs match every type of vessel from barges to Panamax size. Loading capacity reaches up to 1,000 tons per hour.

This mobile ship loader is a machine composed of a loading belt conveyor supported by a lifting boom and 2 material feeders which is a chain plate machine.

This Mobile Ship Loader Is On A Single Chassis With Self-Driven Tire Wheels. The Ship Loader Will Be Capable Of Loading Ships At A Design Rate Of 1000 Tons/Hr. Continuously,

The belt of conveyor is 1400mm in width with a 35 Deg trough angle and belt speeds 2.0 m/s.  The equipment will be designed and constructed to operate continuously, 24 hours per day. The ship loader will receive materials from trucks and ensure trucks will quickly discharge and ensure a constant discharge to the vessels.

mobile ship loader conveyors are designed as a general purpose machine with specific designs capable of conveying a range of bulk materials with a density range of 0.30 to 3.0 ton/cubic meter and at handing rates of up 1400 tons / hour

conveying boom lengths and operating angles are available for loading General Bulk Cargo vessels and barges in all sizes up to 60,000 DWT

This is depending on the specifics of the material being handled. SAMSON Mobile Ship loaders are a cost effective and fast track solution to dynamic market conditions. The operation of SAMSON Mobile Shiploaders can be enhanced when configured with a single or double Material Feeder at the reception point.

Requiring no fixed works or services SAMSON Mobile Shiploaders can be moved away from the operational area when not in use making them ideal for narrow or multi-purpose quays.

ü  Increased production rate due to continuous loading increases the loading rate up to 1000 tons per hour.

ü  Ability to load  Supramax and Panamax vessels

ü  Minimize the stay of vessel alongside on the other hand reducing anchoring time for vessel

ü  Reduction of capital costs

ü  Reduction of operating costs

ü  Less reliance on the skills and training of human resources

ü  Better environmental performance

ü  More secure sites because there is less potential for human error

ü  Less planning requirements

ü  Lower construction/ substructure costs

ü   It utilizes all the spaces and enables to access all parts of the cargo holds.

ü  Reducing and managing traffic at the port area

ü  Loading gearless bulk carriers

In principle the system is designed to be fully automated and entirely transparent to the operator simplifying the driver’s options and providing fast and safe re-positioning of the equipment both for ship trimming and for general movements on the quay area
